Keep Mo’orea Wild operates through two legally registered non-profits, one in French Polynesia to hold and protect the land, one in the United States to receive tax-deductible donations from American donors.

Adoptions carry no ownership rights or legal claims, over the land. 100% of every adoption goes directly to securing it. Once secured, the association turns it into a permanent sanctuary.

Payment processed via Stripe or PayPal. US donors give through Keep Moorea Wild Inc. — fully tax-deductible.

FUNDS TRANSFERRED

Keep Moorea Wild Inc. transfers funds to the French Polynesian association per IRS expenditure responsibility rules.

LAND PURCHASED

The association acquires the parcel and registers the title. The land is permanently protected under French Polynesian law.

Your personalised digital certificate with your name, GPS coordinates and the date is issued immediately.

YOUR ADOPTION IS TAX-DEDUCTABLE

YOUR LAND IS LEGALLY PROTECTED

All land is held by the French Polynesian association under loi 1901. It cannot be sold, developed, or transferred to private parties — ever. Title documents available on request for 25m²+ adoptions.
